Job Description

Banquet Operation

• Organize and transport all supplies required for the set-up of a function.
• Assist in the set up and break down of function rooms according to standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and ensure mise-en-place is complete.
• Deliver F&B/banquet services in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
• Ensure all service and storage areas are kept safe, clean, and locked.
• Report any complaints, incidents, or irregularities to management.
• Perform cashiering and beverage dispensing as assigned.

Other Responsibilities

• Be well-versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures.
• Attend all meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
• Apply necessary precautions regarding hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Assist Food & Beverage outlets during peak times.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, and hotel features.
• Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management.
• Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships.

Qualifications
