Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring Banquet Server(s) to create memorable experiences during receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions and other events. You will service meals, prepare beverages, and ensure rooms are ready for scheduled events.

The role requires strong guest service, teamwork, the ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Full-time positions with benefits are available.

We are hiring Banquet Server(s)

As a Banquet Server you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests during receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions, and other special events. Your passion for service, teamwork, and attention to detail will ensure that every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

• Service breakfast, lunch, breaks, dinner, and receptions to banquet functions and events
• Prepare food and beverages for serving
• Analyze BEOs to ensure rooms are prepare each day for schedule events
• Set up Banquet facilities for a variety of functions and events
• Satisfy guest requests
• Must provide superior customer service to internal and external guests
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have the ability to work well under pressure
• Previous food service & cash handling experience an asset
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Able to handle large volume in a fast paced environment
• Able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift, push and pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Familiarity with food service and hospitality rules and regulations
• Smart Serve Certificate

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
