Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Banquet Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include working closely with team members to ensure flawless execution of banquet services, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and demonstrating proficient knife skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to hotel standards.
  2. Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
  4. Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  5. Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of kitchen/cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certified in safe food handling.
  • Proficient knife skills.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
