CIBC in Merritt is seeking a results-driven Banking Centre Leader for a temporary fixed-term assignment. You will hire, coach and develop a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Expect travel between nearby banking centres and on-site work 37.5 hours per week, including evenings or weekends as needed. You’ll lead client discussions to identify financial needs, promote solutions, manage risk, and drive revenue growth while upholding the bank’s values and service

Qualificações

• Experience leading a team of financial services professionals.
• Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).
• Asset: Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO), Branch Managers Examination Course (BME), Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials (WME); or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

• Drive client experience, revenue growth, and risk management across the centre and partners.
• Support clients and community with banking needs while coordinating travel between centres.
