CIBC is seeking a people-focused leader for its Personal and Business Banking team. You will hire, coach and develop a high-performing group to deliver an exceptional client experience while driving revenue growth. Expect on-site work with some travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance.

You’ll guide staff to resolve client issues, uphold compliance and partner with colleagues to serve personal and small business clients, including mortgages and wealth products.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in leading banking teams and delivering client-focused results.
• Licenses such as Mutual Funds License; CFP is an asset.
• Willingness to work flexibly including evenings and weekends and travel between centres.
