Job Summary
Job Description

This role leverages your client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to maximize client interactions. You will assist clients with banking, credit, and investment needs, adding value as an RBC ambassador by helping clients achieve their financial goals and creating memorable experiences that foster satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage proactively with clients in branch and community to identify needs, provide advice, and uncover sales opportunities.
  • Educate clients and demonstrate digital banking tools to enhance their experience and drive sales.
  • Respond to client-initiated contacts and assist with various financial transactions.
  • Listen actively to understand clients' individual needs.
  • Resolve and prevent banking issues proactively.
  • Maintain relationships with partners to optimize business opportunities and referrals.
Minimum Requirements
  • Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it within training period.
  • Passion for client service and success in target-driven sales environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and high personal ethics.
  • Digital literacy across devices.
  • Availability to work all open business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in building client relationships within financial or service sectors.
  • Bilingual skills.
