Job Description

This position requires your client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to maximize each client interaction. You will assist clients with their banking, credit, and investment needs, adding value as an RBC ambassador. Your role involves demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists, all to create meaningful client experiences that foster satisfaction and loyalty.

What will you do?
  • Engage proactively with clients in the branch and community, uncovering needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Focus on client education, leveraging technology to enhance experiences, drive sales, and retain business.
  • Assist clients with a range of financial transactions in response to their inquiries.
  • Listen actively to understand individual client needs.
  • Resolve and prevent banking problems proactively.
  • Collaborate with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.

Must-have
  • Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it during training.
  • Passion for client-first service and success in target-driven sales environments.
  • Problem-solving, relationship-building, and proactive engagement skills.
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong ethics, and a success-driven mindset.
  • Digital literacy across devices.
  • Availability to work all open business hours.
