The Banking Advisor is a key front-line sales role within Libro Credit Union, responsible for providing high-quality financial advice and day‑to‑day banking solutions to members. As the primary point of contact for many personal and business members, the Banking Advisor plays a critical role in supporting Libro’s vision of strengthening local businesses, families, and communities. This role is designed to deliver exceptional service while driving sales performance across both personal and business banking lines.
The Banking Advisor contributes to the growth and effective management of the branch’s mass‑market portfolio by offering tailored solutions for personal banking, day‑to‑day business banking, and small business lending (up to $250,000). They are also responsible for recognizing opportunities that may require advanced financial advice, facilitating seamless handoffs to Personal or Business Relationship Managers when appropriate.
