Role Overview:

A career as a Banking Advisor at National Bank is versatile and impactful. You will adopt a friendly, attentive approach, providing a people-centric experience for branch clients by listening actively and offering tailored advice.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet clients and answer inquiries.
  2. Assist clients with banking applications and ATMs.
  3. Understand clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.
  4. Provide advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
  5. Build and maintain lasting business relationships.
  6. Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  7. Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
  8. Adhere to compliance and risk management policies.
Team Environment:

The branch operates one evening per week with flexible schedules based on team availability. You will work under the supervision of the Branch Manager and collaborate daily with experts in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.
