  6. Mitigate risk by planning, directing, and controlling bank operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  7. Delegate responsibilities to meet branch objectives.
  8. Ensure delivery of excellent customer service to meet targets.

This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z, and compliance with internal policies and applicable laws including BSA/AML and S.A.F.E. Act requirements.

This person will also:

  • Lead daily branch operations and supervise staff to meet key objectives.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling.
  • Partner with leadership to set and achieve sales, service, operational, and financial goals.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Provide coaching on performance and regulatory issues.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop colleagues.
  • Manage onboarding and engagement of new hires.
  • Participate in community organizations to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Promote bank services in supermarket aisles and train staff accordingly.
