Role Overview

You’ll adopt a friendly approach and use your analytical skills to offer a people-centric experience for branch clients.

This role offers opportunities for development. By obtaining your mutual fund representative license, if you don’t already have it, you’ll be able to progress and expand your responsibilities, especially in mutual fund transactions.

Responsibilities

  1. Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.
  2. Provide advice and suitable solutions for Personal and Small Business clients regarding transactions, investments, personal financing, insurance, and estate planning.
  3. Support clients during mortgage renewal or renegotiation processes.
  4. Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  5. Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
  6. Adhere to compliance and risk management rules.

Your team

The branch operates one evening a week and on Saturdays. Work schedules vary based on team availability. You will report to the Branch Manager and collaborate with experts in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas.

Prerequisites

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) license, or obtain one within three months of hiring with a full refund upon successful certification.
  • Experience in advisory services, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
