Job description

This role provides development opportunities. By obtaining your mutual fund representative license, if you don't already have it, you can advance in your role and expand your responsibilities, especially in mutual fund transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Provide advice and suitable solutions for Personal and Small Business clients regarding transactions, investments, personal financing, tailored insurance, and estate planning.
  • Support clients during mortgage renewals or renegotiations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules.

Your Team

The branch operates one evening a week and on Saturdays. Work schedules vary depending on team availability. The position reports to the Branch Manager and involves collaboration with experts in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas.

Training and Development

Our training programs focus on on-the-job learning, with personalized content on banking solutions and advisory approaches. You will also benefit from colleagues' diverse expertise and backgrounds to support your ongoing development.

Prerequisites

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) license; if not, you must obtain it within three months of hiring, with a full refund upon successful acquisition.
  • Experience in advisory services, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.

Languages

French, Greek

Reason : You will serve clients who speak languages other than French regularly.
