Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park invites you to join our team as a guest-facing Food & Beverage Associate. Embrace outdoor adventures while delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences in a brand-new BASIN Glacial Waters facility.

The role requires a Alberta ProServe Certificate, 6 months F&B experience, and ability to stand for long shifts; onsite subsidized accommodation and meals are provided, along with comprehensive benefits and pension plans.

Qualifications

• Alberta ProServe Certificate required.
• Minimum 6 months’ food and beverage experience.
• Ability to constantly stand and walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and prepare them to their preferences.
• Monitor inventory of supplies, ensuring everything is restocked as needed.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with our culinary team on offerings and ensuring quality and presentation is exceeded.
• Keep the Food and Beverage areas clean, including equipment and countertops.
