Baldface Lodge seeks an experienced Lodge Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a remote backcountry setting, delivering top-tier guest experiences and supporting a high-performing team.
This full-time seasonal role runs mid-November to April, with 8 days on, 6 days off. Accommodation and meals are provided on shift, and you will oversee hospitality, food & beverage, retail, and staff development.

Baldface Lodge offers an unforgettable experience for both staff and guests, and the Lodge Manager works closely with guest services and mountain operations to bring it all together. This involves a combination of hands-on and administrative tasks, problem solving, and making sure staff have what they need to provide the best for our guests.

$$: The wage range for this position is $350 to $400 per day plus gratuities. Your rate will be determined by your level of related experience with the skillset required for this job.
