COBS Bread is hiring a Baker in Canada to lead our freshness commitment and bring artisan bread to the community. Start your day with an early shift, bake with a small team, and contribute to a welcoming, quality customer experience.

No prior baking experience is necessary—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. You’ll read production schedules, measure and mix ingredients, shape dough, and operate the ovens as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No specific skills required beyond a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning, following carefully crafted recipes.
• Work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience.
• Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens.
