Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, ensuring quality and safety, implementing marketing initiatives, and managing budgets and customer service. The position is permanent, full-time at 30 hours/week with relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• Languages: English.
• Education: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
• Work setting: On site at physical location; no remote work option.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Manage staff and assign duties.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
• Implement price and credit policies.
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Determine staffing requirements.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.

• Salary: $72,000 annually / 30 hours per week
