COBS Bread in Canada is seeking Bakers to join our friendly team of community-focused artisans. No experience is required—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn as you help bake fresh bread for our customers each morning.

You will read production schedules, measure ingredients, mold dough, and work with your team to keep the bakery clean and provide a warm, memorable customer experience every day.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning, following carefully crafted recipes.
• Read production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens.
• Keep the bakery clean and contribute to a great customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and culture.
