COBS Bread is hiring a Baker to join our team in Canada. Start your day with an empty bakery and end with the shop filled with fresh artisan bread and treats for the community to enjoy. No experience is necessary—bring the right attitude and willingness to learn.

As part of a small team, you’ll bake each morning, follow recipes, keep the bakery clean, and help deliver a great customer experience. Ability to rise early and work collaboratively is valued.

Responsibilities

• Bake bread daily following recipes and keep the bakery clean and organized.
• Read production schedules, measure and mix ingredients, shape dough, and operate ovens.
• Collaborate with team to deliver great customer experience and support community.
