• Plan and monitor dry and perishable food purchases to optimize quality, production and profits.
• Use baking tools and equipment safely.
• Adhere to and apply food safety standards and protocols.
• Provide exceptional, courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
• Ensure that work areas, sales floors, tools and equipment remain clean at all times.
