Job summary

Kibbi in Canada is seeking a production supervisor for our food processing plant. You will oversee dough preparation, baking of pies, breads and cakes, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will schedule production, train staff, manage inventory, inspect work areas and operate machinery while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Experience of 2–3 years in food production is preferred.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 2–3 years of related work experience in food production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods per recipes or customer orders.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Bake mixed dough and batters.
• Draw up production schedules.
• Train staff.
• Ensure product quality meets established standards.
• Schedule staff.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• Operate machinery.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
