Première Moisson is seeking a Baker to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. The position focuses on artisanal production of bakery items, with responsibilities spanning dough preparation, shaping, and baking, while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong autonomy, good physical condition, and solid organizational skills to work well in a team-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Take note of orders to be completed and organize work.
• Ensure that all requested production is completed on time.
• Plan and organize the supply of raw materials required for the workstation.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of counter and work area.
• Knead dough (prepare recipe, weigh ingredients, knead, etc.).
• Divide dough (shape dough, rest dough, etc.).
• Shape the dough (final shaping with machine or by hand).
• Bake the dough (oven, laminate, bake, unmould).
• Ensure compliance with the company's Occupational Health and Safety policy.
• Perform various tasks related to baking.

Première Moisson manufactures and sells bakery, patisserie and charcuterie products using an artisanal approach and wholesome ingredients. We employ over 1,200 people and have more than 20 bakeries in Quebec and Ontario.

We are currently looking for a Baker to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Take note of orders to be completed and organize work
• Ensure that all requested production is completed on time
• Plan and organize the supply of raw materials required for his/her workstation
• Operate and maintain equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness of counter and work area
• Knead dough (prepare recipe, weigh ingredients, knead, etc.)
• Divide dough (shape dough, rest dough, etc.)
• Shaping the dough (giving the dough its final shape with the shaping machine and/or by hand, finishing by hand, etc.).
• Bake the dough (place the dough on the oven belt, laminate the dough, put the dough in the oven, unmould the products, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with the company's Occupational Health and Safety policy.
• Perform various tasks related to baking.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position - Mandatory
• Mastery of artisanal production techniques
