3. Good communication skills; Fast Response is a must

5. Deep understanding of microservice architecture, Go routines, Git principles, REST API, and Unit Testing
6. Familiarity with MongoDB, Message Brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, gRPC) is a big plus
7. Ability to work for a bank company
