This role involves delivering core software projects, including requirements development, supporting testing teams across various platforms, and assessing risks and quality of changes to applications supporting the Wealth Management network. The incumbent will lead Agile standups, discussions, and retrospectives, employing best practices to evolve product solutions and ensure quality deliverables.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining web applications using Java, AEM, Spring Boot, and other backend technologies.
  • Designing and implementing RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
  • Collaborating with front-end developers for integration.
  • Optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging applications.
  • Participating in code reviews and providing feedback.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR).
  • Experience configuring AEM workflows, Sling mapping, multi-site management, and translation frameworks.
  • 8+ years of experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SOAP services.
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks.
  • Experience with web servers like Apache, Tomcat, JBoss.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience delivering complex software in Agile environments.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
