We are seeking an experienced Back Office Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality back office services to our clients and sales team.
Tasks
- Supporting a senior member of the sales and project management team.
- Performing various administrative duties: calendar management, meetings management, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, sales reporting.
- Managing the day-to-day sensitive and confidential business activities.
- Maintaining updated files and records including meeting decks and executive summaries.
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining the Executive’s calendar to optimize time and prioritize business needs.
- Preparing weekly and monthly communication overviews with the KAM team.
- Relationship Management: Cultivating strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities, emphasizing respect for both customers and associates.
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold calling potential customers to grow the business, focusing on sustainable growth.
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of office services experience, preferably in sales, retail, or a large international corporate environment.
- Skilled in using mail, phone, email, digital reprographics, and mail equipment.
- Familiar with general back office procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
- An independent problem solver passionate about customer service.
