Join to apply for the Back Office Support Specialist - Sales (f/m/x) role at Schweitzer.

We are seeking an experienced Back Office Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality back office services to our clients and sales team.

Tasks
  1. Supporting a senior member of the sales and project management team.
  2. Performing various administrative duties: calendar management, meetings management, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, sales reporting.
  3. Managing the day-to-day sensitive and confidential business activities.
  4. Maintaining updated files and records including meeting decks and executive summaries.
  5. Scheduling meetings and maintaining the Executive’s calendar to optimize time and prioritize business needs.
  6. Preparing weekly and monthly communication overviews with the KAM team.
  7. Relationship Management: Cultivating strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities, emphasizing respect for both customers and associates.
  8. Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold calling potential customers to grow the business, focusing on sustainable growth.
  9. Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year of office services experience, preferably in sales, retail, or a large international corporate environment.
  3. Skilled in using mail, phone, email, digital reprographics, and mail equipment.
  4. Familiar with general back office procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
  5. An independent problem solver passionate about customer service.
