Job description

We are seeking an experienced Back Office Support Specialist to join our team at Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality back office services to our clients and sales team.

Tasks
  • Supporting a senior member of the sales and project management team.
  • Performing various administrative duties: calendar management, meetings management, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, and sales reporting.
  • Manage the day-to-day sensitive and confidential business activities.
  • Maintain updated files and records including meeting decks and executive summaries.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain the Executive’s daily and long-term calendar in a manner that provides the most effective use of the Executive’s time and prioritizes business needs.
  • Prepare communication overview by account with KAM team weekly + monthly.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity. We are a people business at our core, treating both customers and associates with the same respect.
  • Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business. We focus on being green and growing to continuously open new business.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum (1) year office services experience preferably in a sales department, retail sector or large international corporate environment.
  • Skilled in the use of mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment.
  • Familiar with general back office procedures to meet and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Independent problem solver who is passionate about customer service.
