Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
• 3+ years in fintech, payments, or financial tech.
• Strong experience with Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with ledger systems, double-entry bookkeeping, or financial data modeling.
• Proven ability to scale backend systems handling high transaction volumes.
• Experience with GCP (Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run).
• Experience integrating financial/payment APIs.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, SOC 2, or similar regulatory frameworks.

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience
