Carter’s | OshKosh is hiring a Sales Associate in Niagara Falls, Canada. You’ll be the first face of the brand, greeting families, explaining product features, and helping parents pick baby essentials and school items in a welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude, with availability including days, weekends, and holidays. A 30% employee discount is offered to eligible team members.

• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
