Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Program Manager to support our B2B cruise growth. You’ll be the SME for B2B Cruise, oversee onboarding, configuration, testing, and partner engagement, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure successful launches.

The role requires strong program management, platform administration experience, and business acumen. Vancouver-based with relocation not offered; competitive scope and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in program management, program support, product management.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in complex scenarios.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and data acumen.
• Experience working with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the B2B Cruise platform and offering.
• Support end-to-end B2B Cruise partner onboarding and platform configuration.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to build platform knowledge and identify growth opportunities.
• Support Business Development with cruise expertise, sales materials, and technical support.
• Manage day-to-day B2B Cruise operations and coordinate with partners.
• Provide status updates and report on key metrics like partner adoption and transaction volume.
• Partner with technology providers to plan platform roadmaps and drive feature rollouts.
