Job summary

TELUS Health is expanding its Benefits Implementation team and seeks a Design Splst II to serve as the operational anchor for a dedicated SaaS client. You will troubleshoot complex benefit issues, diagnose root causes, and drive solutions ensuring continuous platform operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, document processes, and translate business needs into developer-ready requirements. Remote Canada role with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in health & Wellness Benefits administration or payroll systems preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational anchor for a dedicated SaaS client and troubleshoot complex benefit issues.
• Diagnose data, eligibility rules, and configuration issues and provide actionable written solutions.
• Collaborate with Configuration, EDI and Shared Services to resolve escalations.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for developers and maintain thorough documentation.
• Monitor workflows, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain meticulous case records.
