Job summary

Devengine is seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Architect for long-term remote work. The role focuses on migrating large-scale workloads from AWS or GCP to Azure, and you will design target architectures, estimate migration efforts, and prepare comprehensive migration plans.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and advocate for robust cloud solutions while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building large-scale Azure solutions.
• 7+ years implementing technical solutions, designing architecture, and evaluating cloud environments.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Infrastructure Solutions Architect, assess client environments (AWS or GCP), design target Azure architectures, estimate migration efforts, and prepare migration plans.
• Lead as a solution architect, partnering with project managers, DevOps engineers, and client teams to deliver migration projects that meet technical specs and client expectations.
• Mentor technical teams by fostering problem-solving, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing ongoing training.
• Act as a customer advocate by deeply understanding client needs, proposing practical options, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
• Support the technical development of team members through guidance and leadership.
• Contribute to growth by helping to develop and promote Azure migration solutions internally and externally.
