Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright Canada is seeking a Cloud and Infrastructure Administrator to join the Cloud and Infrastructure team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on Azure, M365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, backup, automation, monitoring and secure service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure operations, Azure services and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Microsoft Azure environments and core platform services.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online services in an enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including identity and access management.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and hybrid infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and third-level support for Azure, M365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Provision, configure and support Azure platform services (VMs, Storage, App Services, Logic Apps, Key Vault, etc.).
• Support hybrid infrastructure, secure service delivery and governance controls.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation for reporting, administration, and monitoring.
• Maintain documentation in ServiceNow and runbooks.
• Participate in deployments, on-call support and change requests.
