Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Cloud and Infrastructure Administrator in Vancouver to maintain and optimize Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and hybrid infrastructure. You will work with global teams to provide reliable, secure services, develop automation, and support project delivery.

The role emphasizes on-call support, change controls, and documentation, with a four-day-in-office pattern. A strong background in cloud operations and security governance is required for this permanent

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of systems administration, infrastructure operations, Azure services and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Microsoft Azure environments and core platform services.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online in an enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, app registrations, enterprise applications, managed identities, SSO, certificates and secrets.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and third-level support for Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and on-premises servers.
• Support Azure platform services: VMs, storage, App Services, SQL, Key Vault, and related services.
• Administer Microsoft 365/Exchange Online: mailboxes, groups, mail flow, connectors and tracing.
• Maintain backup and recovery for Microsoft 365, Azure workloads, and on-premises systems.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for reporting, monitoring, and tasks.
• Maintain documentation in ServiceNow and runbooks.
