Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Cloud and Infrastructure Administrator for a permanent role in Calgary. The position focuses on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, backup and recovery, automation, monitoring, and secure service delivery.

You will support day-to-day operations, configure Azure services, manage identity with Entra ID, and contribute to project work and documentation in a hybrid in-office setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of systems administration and Azure/M365 experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Azure environments and core services.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Entra ID and identity management.
• Experience with Windows Server and hybrid infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cloud security, RBAC, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd-level support for Azure, M365, Exchange Online, and related services.
• Configure Azure VM, storage, App Services, SQL, Key Vault, and related services.
• Support hybrid infrastructure including AD, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Monitor service health, incidents, and backup/recovery status.
• Develop automation via PowerShell and Azure Automation; document runbooks.
