Job summary

RSM in Canada seeks a strategic and hands-on Data Integration & Migration Supervisor to lead enterprise data migration and system integration initiatives across ERP, CRM and other business applications.

This role balances technical delivery, team leadership and client engagement, designing scalable, repeatable data integration and migration solutions within on-premise and cloud architectures, with a focus on Azure Integration Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data integration and data migration roles for enterprise applications.
• Proven leadership experience managing data migration or integration workstreams on complex projects.
• Strong hands-on understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and integration architectures.
• Experience with Azure and enterprise integration tools; travel to client locations in Canada/US.

Responsibilities

• Lead data integration and migration engagements across ERP, CRM, and other business apps.
• Oversee end-to-end migration workstreams: extraction, transformation, loading, validation, cutover.
• Mentor a team of data integration professionals with delivery oversight and guidance.
• Collaborate with client teams to define scope, dependencies, timelines, and delivery approaches.
• Define best practices for data migration, integration patterns, quality, security, scalability.
• Design integration solutions with cloud, hybrid and iPaaS architectures with architects/engineers.
• Manage project execution, resource planning, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Support pre-sales with solution design, estimates, and client presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement through reusable frameworks, tooling and documentation.
