Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead within the AI-Ready Data tower in Canada. You will own end-to-end delivery of large-scale data migration and modernization programs, managing scope, timelines, risk, and a multi-functional team of data engineers, architects, and testers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in data solutions delivery, including 3–5 years leading delivery teams or workstreams on large-scale data migration or modernization programs.
• Proven experience delivering data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with data lakes, pipelines, and real-time data processing.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and data modeling; working knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to manage RAID logs, dependencies, and cutover planning across multi-workstream programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging both client technical leads/architects and account leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional and onshore/offshore delivery teams and mentoring talent.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks and enforcing data quality, security, and compliance across large datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large data migration and data modernization engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and run delivery governance with RAID logs, dependency tracking, and cutover planning.
• Proactively manage risks with structured options and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled migration methods and delivery assets to compress timelines and improve quality.
• Build and manage trusted relationships with client architects, engineers, and delivery counterparts.
• Support senior client conversations on program status, risk, and value realization with account leadership.
• Translate business priorities into technical execution to guide scope and sequencing decisions.
• Lead and mentor a large, multi-functional team spanning data engineering, architecture, and QA.
• Partner with resourcing teams to build/scale delivery teams (onshore/offshore).
• Stay current on cloud data services, AI-ready data patterns, and modernization tooling.
