Qualifications

4+ years in systems engineering or similar technical role.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
Experience with cloud migrations, especially from on-prem to Microsoft Cloud.
ServiceNow experience is a strong asset and we expect familiarity during transition.

Responsibilities

Lead migrations from on-prem to Microsoft Cloud services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Teams.
Deploy and configure Azure virtual environments and hybrid setups using Entra Connect.
Manage tenant-to-tenant migrations and cross-cloud transitions.
Provide Tier 3 escalation support and mentor junior staff.
Develop PowerShell scripts and standardize deployment procedures.
