Qualifications

• Experience administrating and configuring Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Experience in a complex technical environment with incident and change management including ITIL and LEAN.
• Experience creating and enhancing processes via automation of tasks while adhering to security controls.

Responsibilities

• Research and design technology solutions according to requirements and formulate proposals to address client needs.
• Coordinate with teams and external partners to implement system software/hardware solutions and resolve issues across environments.
• Coordinate and manage complex technical incident and problem resolution in production and test environments.
