Source Code is seeking a Sr. Technical Writer in Downtown Toronto for a hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote arrangement.

The contract spans 7–8 months, focusing on producing professional project and user documentation, including system procedures and Azure architecture artefacts. You will work with cross-functional teams to create quick start guides, admin manuals, glossaries, and online help in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating technical project and user documentation for Azure/cloud environments.
• Ability to develop online documentation and architecture artefacts from senior concepts.
• Proficient with standard technical writing tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe TCS.

Responsibilities

• Create professional technical project and user documentation including systems and procedures.
• Develop online documentation and architecture artefacts from senior team input.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams (development, business, testers) and audiences.
• Develop a quick start guide covering main user steps and a detailed admin guide.
• Produce a glossary or terms definitions list and ensure accessibility alignment.
