We’re seeking a professional to join our Microsoft App Platform (MAP) team as an Azure and PowerPlatform DevOps Engineering Specialist. The role involves evaluating new cloud products and integrating them into Morgan Stanley's standard solutions.

The team aims to make the public cloud Morgan Stanley's preferred platform. It designs secure, robust solutions that enable development teams to build new applications and migrate existing ones to the cloud.

This position is within the Technology division, which leverages innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power the firm, enabling clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape communities. It is a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering III role at the Associate level, responsible for managing and optimizing technical infrastructure to support business needs.

What You’ll Do In The Role

• Support rapid growth and adoption of Power Platform, transitioning from early adopters to early majority within two years.
• Enhance productivity and modernize tools, influencing the firm's transformation.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• At least 4 years of experience with migrating/deploying applications to Azure, PowerPlatform, and Dynamics365.
• Experience with PowerPlatform, D365, and Azure cloud architecture design and application integration/refactoring for public cloud.
• Expertise in infrastructure as code languages like Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Experience designing scalable systems in an enterprise environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, business partners, and sponsors.
• Strong operational ownership and initiative in engineering and development projects.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for diverse audiences.

All positions are based in Montreal, Quebec, with a hybrid work environment. Knowledge of French and English is required.
