Job summary

Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a Security Analyst II – Azure AD to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. Reporting to the Director, Identity Access Security, you will drive Azure AD integration, IAM architecture, and automation to improve operational efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, hands-on Azure AD experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• Identify problems and gaps relative to best practices.
• Experience in large, complex IT environments.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and autonomous work style.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD components and identity management tooling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on Azure AD integration and federation projects.
• Plan, implement, and integrate IAM architectures for complex projects.
• Propose improvements and regularly update stakeholders on progress.
• Develop and refine processes and procedures for IAM.
• Contribute to automation to optimize operations.
• Participate in RFPs/RFQs and BOMs as needed.
• Support Azure Privileged Identity Management and MFA implementations.
• Provide senior-level incident support and 24/7 on-call coverage as required.
