Qualifications

• Valid AZ license and Air Brakes endorsement required.
• Experience driving trucks is an asset.
• On-site work at a physical location in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions using GPS or other navigation devices to minimize fuel consumption and emissions.
• Load and unload goods.
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
• Oversee vehicle condition and inspect tires, lights, brakes, and storage equipment.
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspections and coordinate with central dispatch.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel usage.
• Receive and relay information to central dispatch.
