Job summary

Bercon Rentals is seeking a driver to load and unload equipment, transport it to job sites across GTA/Ontario, and maintain accurate logbooks. You will interact professionally with customers at sites and complete pre/post trip inspections to ensure equipment cleanliness and reliability.

The role emphasizes safe, on-time delivery, independent work in a fast-paced environment, and presenting a professional image. Downtown core driving and manual transmission experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years experience driving AZ Tractor Trailer.
• A valid A License, Air Brake (Z) Endorsement with ability to drive manual.
• Clean driving abstract and CVOR.
• Proven customer service skills to interact with customers at the job site.
• Prior experience loading/hauling equipment.
• Strong oral communication skills, in particular, telephone.
• Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with team members and others within the organization.
• Focus on driving safely and observing safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to project a professional company image.
• Must be able to operate AZ truck in Toronto Downtown core on a daily basis.
• Must have experience driving manual 10, 13 and/or 18 speed.
