Job summary

Gordon Food Service in London, ON is seeking an AZ driver to deliver food products to customer locations on local routes. You will operate straight trucks or trailers, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and maintain accurate delivery records while staying safety-focused.

The ideal candidate is physically fit with an AZ license, fluent in English, and capable of providing outstanding customer service in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean commercial driver’s abstract.
• Physically fit and able to repeatedly lift, stack, pull and carry heavy items (up to 80 lbs).
• Strong communication and customer service skills with English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to build and maintain quality customer relationships.
• Unload and hand-wheel food products into customer locations (approx. 600–1000 cases/shift).
• Operate straight trucks or trailers safely and professionally to transport goods.
• Perform pre/post-trip truck inspections and maintain delivery records (routes, logs, etc.).
• Verify products at customer locations and ensure accurate invoices.
• Follow health and safety procedures and depot protocols.
