Job summary

Advantage Personnel is seeking an AZ Driver for our Mississauga terminal. Drivers will transport goods, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure timely deliveries along routes between GTA and Windsor corridor.

Starting shifts vary (3:30 am–6:30 am) with overtime available. Training includes online and a 2-hour orientation paid at $220 upon completion, followed by on-the-job guidance with a company driver.

Qualifications

• Abstract and CVOR dated within 30 days.
• Valid AZ/Class 1 license.
• Willingness to lift 20-30 lbs. and operate delivery equipment.
• Strong reliability and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability for required shifts.
• Online training and 2-hour in-person orientation (paid at $220.00 upon completion).
• After training, 1-2 days being paired with a company driver for on-the-job guidance.
