Job summary

Joseph Transportation Group is seeking AZ Drivers for waste and recycling routes across Southern Ontario and Michigan. This Monday–Friday position requires a valid AZ license, at least 1 year of AZ experience, and the ability to cross into the USA.

Trains are provided for multi-axle trailers; trucks are Kenworth/Peterbilt with 18-speed manuals. Benefits include pension, dental, extended health, life insurance, RRSP match, and a competitive $29.00 per hour with monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• AZ license valid and verifiable.
• Minimum 1 year AZ commercial driving experience.
• Ability to enter the USA and provide an acceptable driver abstract and CVOR.
• Experience with 13 or 18 speed transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-axle trailers for waste and recycling transport.
• Maintain safe driving practices and complete required logs and vehicle checks.

Currently we are seeking drivers to fill positions in the following area:

Our Waste Division, is looking for AZ drivers for our busy waste and recycling transport business. This is a Monday to Friday driving position. The travel area is primarily Ontario and Michigan. The trailers are multi-axle open-top, close-top - walking floors or tipper trailers. The trucks are either Kenworth or Peterbilt's 18 speed manual transmission trucks. Waste/Recycling experience is an asset. We require a minimum of 1 full year of AZ experience, and we are willing to train the right individual on the operation of the multi-axle trailers. Ability to enter the USA and an acceptable driver abstract and CVOR are required.
