Zusammenfassung

TST-CF Express is hiring AZ Drivers at the Ottawa Terminal. Drivers will be expected to work mornings and nights for city and linehaul runs to cover people on vacation.

We offer industry leading wages, Monday to Friday with weekends off, latest onboard technology, a mix of manual and automatic trucks, safety bonuses and strong pension/benefits. Training and safety programs are provided on-site.

Qualifikationen

• 10 Speed Manual transmission experience required
• AZ with air brake endorsement
• Minimum 2 years trucking experience
• Must have 24 hours availability to work any kind of shifts (morning/afternoons/evenings/graveyard)
• Pre-employment health, drug and criminal background checks required
• Ability to pass all Transport Canada driver qualification standards
• Driver’s abstract / CVOR
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Team-oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good English communication skills - written and verbal
• Basic math skills

• Pick-up and delivery operations
• Perform daily inspections and safety checks of your equipment
• Monitor equipment condition and advise dispatch when repairs are required
• Follow safe operating procedures at all times
• Forklift and dock experience an asset
• Orientation and safety trainings provided during working hours
