Job summary

TST-CF Express is hiring Night Highway Drivers in Oshawa. The role covers night linehauls between Ontario and Quebec, with a 4–5 day weekly shift schedule.

We offer a mixed pay structure: hourly wage plus mileage pay (30.01 CAD hourly in terminal and 0.6441 CAD per mile on highway), safety bonuses, pension and benefits, and options to stay home or work outside. Training and onboarding are provided during business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years trucking experience.
• AZ license with air brake endorsement.
• 10 speed manual transmission experience required.
• Ability to pass Transport Canada driver qualification standards.
• Pre-employment health, drug and criminal background checks required.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Night linehauls between Ontario and Quebec.
• Perform daily inspections and safety checks of your equipment.
• Monitor equipment condition and advise dispatch when repairs are required.
• Follow safe operating procedures at all times.

TST-CF Express is actively hiring Night Highway Drivers in Oshawa. Shift schedule between 4-5 days a week

• Perform daily inspections and safety checks of your equipment
• Monitor equipment condition and advise dispatch when repairs are required
• Follow safe operating procedures at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

• 10 Speed Manual transmission experience required
• AZ with air brake endorsement
• Minimum 2 years trucking experience
• Pre-employment health, drug and criminal background checks required
• Ability to pass all Transport Canada driver qualification standards
• Driver’s abstract / CVOR
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Team-oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good English communication skills - written and verbal
