As an AWS Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to:
- Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions
- Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify ROI and outcomes for transitioning to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements
- Educate customers on AWS value propositions and participate in architectural discussions
- Lead discovery, build ROIs, and deliver presentations and estimates
- Translate customer requirements into contact center designs leveraging best practices and AWS services
- Oversee and mentor technical teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, quality solutions
- Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, communicating clearly and managing expectations
- Drive contact center best practices in solution delivery
- Manage project and customer communications
- Deliver end-user training and documentation
- Exercise independent judgment and lead enterprise projects
- Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center leadership
Qualifications:
- Customer-facing contact center experience
- Experience integrating WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
- Knowledge of protocols and APIs like WebRTC and SIP
- Scripting/coding skills (Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- API integration expertise
- Troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda, Lex, Call Routing
- Automation tools knowledge (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy)
- Contact center architecture knowledge
- Experience in sales, pre-sales, or consulting
- Advanced AWS knowledge and certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Developer, Solution Architect)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
