Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive industry experience in underwriting and marketing.
• 7+ years as a successful leader in general insurance with strong commercial lines background.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; CIP designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire and lead Western Commercial Solutions teams to deliver broker-focused products and services.
• Develop business plans and budgets; monitor results and take action to achieve targets.
• Manage broker relationships to achieve volume objectives and profitable growth.
• Provide strategic leadership on regulatory risk and compliant processes across the region.
