Job summary

EXP is seeking a Project Manager - Aviation Sustainability & Resilience in the Greater Toronto Area. The role supports regional aviation projects in the United States & Canada, with potential remote/hybrid work from major offices in the GTA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, sustainability management or a related field.
7+ years of experience with relevant sustainability project experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to organize and present design information to clients.
Passion for sustainability in the built environment, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to execute with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted member of the regional Aviation team delivering sustainability design and solutions.
Support sustainability strategy development and certification efforts (LEED, WELL, PMP, CEM, ENV, etc.).
Communicate with stakeholders to educate on sustainability value.
Analyze renewable energy, greenhouse gas inventories, embodied carbon LCA.
Synthesize research into key themes and draft recommendations.
Produce high-quality, visually compelling presentations and deliverables.
Lead conversations to devise sustainability strategies.
